Express Post rates is only for small orders up to 5kgs (excluding Dangerous Goods) and take 1-3 days.

returns policy /

All returns are accepted at the discretion of Naturra Collective. To request a return, please contact our Ethical Brand & Systems Coordinator using the below details:

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact the Customer Service team to report the issue within 14 days of receiving the order. Please do not dispose of the original item until the complaint has been reported to us.

If you wish to return any items because you have changed your mind, this is accepted at Naturra Collective's discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you receive Return Authorisation after contacting the Customer Service team, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Returns will only be accepted for items in current packaging which are less than 2 years from the date of manufacture and are received in an unused and resaleable condition. A 20% admin fee will be deducted from the final total after Quality Assurance testing has taken place. A credit for the remaining total will then be issued to your account.

Credit notes and shipping charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value returns, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Naturra Collective does not accept any liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

If you have ordered an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

refunds /

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
